As part of the wider Open Up project at The Royal Opera House we provided project management and contract administration services on the refurbishment of the Level 5 bar and restaurant which also included the formation of a new Winter Garden overlooking Covent Garden. The new restaurant extends onto the newly enclosed terrace, providing around 230 covers and offering a greater capacity for both formal and informal dining.
