Portsmouth Guildhall, Renaissance

Portsmouth Guildhall is an iconic Grade II listed landmark venue in the heart of the city. The performing arts venue has a capacity of 2,500 and is undergoing a phased refurbishment and extension to improve its front of house facilities. Phase 1 of the scheme includes a new side extension bar & restaurant, new entrances & public realm enhancements, as well as improved foyers, bars, lounges, box office, cafe, and multi-use event, exhibition and hospitality spaces.

Equals have been appointed as project and cost managers on the scheme.
