We are pleased to share the news that Anthology’s Wembley Parade residential development encompassing 195 new homes has completed. It is made up of two buildings, a curved block with sections ranging from four to seven storeys, and a 12-storey tower.

Our role in the project included commercial and delivery strategy, procurement, commercial management, post contract cost control and commercial administration. We developed commercial procedures and provided procurement advice and implementation. This includes the tendering and negotiation of trade contracts, change control, budget and commercial management.

In partnership with Anthology, we developed and implemented a bespoke grouped trades approach, which paved the way for self-delivery and saved approximately 15% compared to the original design-build costs.
