What is the current big trend in your sector?

We have seen for many years now the use of prefabrication and modularisation on a relatively small scale, whether that is in the format of bathroom pods, prefabricated risers or even CLT. This has given us an insight into what can be achieved. To obtain the real benefits of MMC would require client and design teams to have a focus, commitment, passion and determination right from project conception. How this will shape the aesthetics of our buildings will be fascinating to watch.
