Claire is a highly proactive, client-focussed project manager, who possesses outstanding communication skills. With a background in civil engineering she has a detailed understanding of the below ground phase of construction, and is passionate about managing projects from inception to completion. The shortage of skilled labour is an ever increasing challenge for construction. Along with a lack of innovation, compared to other industries, this continues to hamper efforts to meet required and developing environmental targets.
Having started my career as a civil engineer, I became interested in the role of the PM by seeing how this role could allow me to positively shape all aspects of a project. I loved the idea of working with the wider team, to find new and innovative ways to drive successful projects. And it looked like good fun too!
