Adam is a highly experienced cost manager who is extremely client focused. He has worked on new build and refurbishment projects across many sectors including sports and public realm, large scale and private residential schemes, commercial and corporate offices, hotels and education.
I’m excited to see the next step in the ‘5th dimension’ and see quantity surveyors harness the potential of BIM. The benefits unlocked through 5D BIM may be slow to come to fruition, but once unlocked should revolutionize the measurement process and the ability to advise our clients effectively. The speed at which design changes can be understood, priced and fed back to the client will benefit everyone, and push the QS closer to the designers.
