Sovereign Court, a 124 unit PRS scheme in Tobacco Dock has completed. We provided employers agent and post-contract quantity surveying services on the redevelopment of the existing site, and the development involved the transformation an existing commercial space into 124 new residential units, set around a courtyard and including extensive landscaping.
