We are delighted that a scheme for a new community centre for the Slade Gardens Community Play Association has been submitted for planning. The project is part of Slade Gardens public park in Lambeth and the centre is set to become a focal point for the local community, encompassing multiple charities, community needs and social functions. The proposed new centre will include community space, a children’s play space, administrative offices, a cafe and public amenities.

Working with Max Architects, we have provided cost management services on the project so far.

Michael Martin, Managing Director of Equals said “We are very pleased this scheme has gone into planning, as it will be of great benefit to the local community. We are also working on a youth and community centre for the Fourth Feathers in Marylebone and are delighted we can help community ventures such as these to realise their plans to enable lasting community support in central London.”
