Working closely with Bennetts and the design team, Equals acted as cost managers on the newly completed HQ for the Royal College of Pathologists.

The Royal College of Pathologists is a professional membership organisation and registered charity. The college have relocated from their previous premises in central London to a new purpose built headquarters in Aldgate. Along with office space, the new building includes conference facilities, a library, lecture room and a roof terrace.

We assisted the college with the initial feasibility of this project, helping to develop the brief and produce an initial cost model for the relocation. We then provided cost management services on the new build project – the College purchased a building which was stripped out and fitted with a new shell and core and offices to Cat A and B standard.
