Tibits is a stylish, delicious vegan and vegetarian restaurant concept with restaurants in Heddon Street, off Regent Street in London and in Switzerland. Expanding their London offer, Tibits have opened a new restaurant in Southwark Street, close to the Tate Modern on Bankside. We provided both project and cost management as well as contract administration services on the new, modern restaurant, offering approximately 120 covers.
We advised on a strategy to procure and construct the scheme quickly; dovetailing design completion and achievement of planning consent to enable the restaurant to begin trading as soon as possible. Emrys Architects designed the new space, which also includes a glazed seating area to the rear of the building.
