The Macallan Distillery

The Macallan, part of the Edrington Group, is one of the world’s leading single malt whisky producers and they commissioned a new state of the art distillery and visitors centre at their home in Speyside. The new centre was designed by Rogers Stirk Harbour and Partners (RSHP) and the complex has become a unique destination. As well as a new distillery increasing production capacity, the new visitors centre houses a stunning bar and other facilities.

Equals were appointed as project managers and quantity surveyors on the project, and worked on the project with RSHP since the initial competition.
