Working for Clarion Housing we are providing cost management and Employer’s Agent services on the reconfiguration and refurbishment of four existing residential buildings to create 81 new homes in Chelsea, west London. The scheme also includes the improvement of the landscaping and amenities of the wider estate. The scope of the works included a separate enabling works package consisting of the strip out of existing services and internal finishes, asbestos removal and alterations to non-loadbearing partitions.

The works are taking place while the wider estate remains occupied, so close attention has been paid to the co-ordination of the activity on site to ensure minimal disruption to existing homeowners and the wider community.
