We provided project and cost management on a new two-storey library for an independent school in Wiltshire.
The new building is set in the heart of the school’s 25 acre site and is directly connected to their orchard, using a large glazed façade to link the internal and external spaces. The new building features distinct zones, with the lower floor aiming to accommodate group projects, and the upper level reserved for more formal, individual learning.
The building makes optimal use of space with techniques such as integrating study booths, display zones, and shelving into the interior walls.
Our team helped ensure the project was delivered on time, while the school campus remained open throughout the majority of the works, ensuring minimal disruption to the ongoing running of the school.
