In an exclusive street in Mayfair we provided cost management on the alterations and refurbishment of a Grade II listed residential building. The house was formerly used as office space and was being converted back to a luxury family residence. The project featured the construction of a new swimming pool on the lower ground floor, en-suite facilities to all bedrooms whilst also restoring period works and features to a high quality finish.
