Located in North London, this detached Georgian villa has had a complete internal refurbishment and extension. Works included excavations of the existing lower ground floor, extending the building to the back and sides, reconfiguring all five floors and replacing all services and fittings throughout. The new house includes a structurally cantilevered stone staircase as well as playroom, gym and private office.

Working closely with our client we supported them throughout the process, ensuring they were always up to date with project progress and costs, and were instrumental in helping the project through a complicated planning process. We provided a strategic delivery programme and risk register, managed the procurement of all the contractors and managed all relevant third parties throughout the works, providing project and cost management services on the project to its completion. Careful cost management realised value for the client.
