Zebra Housing is a boutique “not for profit” housing association which offers accommodation and support services to international students. Jerome House, in the heart of South Kensington provides residential accommodation for international mature students.
The project involves the refurbishment of the existing building, adding an additional floor to create approximately 50 units, which will be a mixture of studios, 1 and 2 bed apartments. Working with Emrys Architects we provided feasibility cost and programme advice.
