Equals is currently helping deliver several façade remedial/replacement works on numerous residential projects.
On each project we are managing the procurement of specialist consultants and contractors, coordinating the Building Safety Fund application process via the CAN or PAS9980 routes, managing the planning process and administering construction contracts.
Throughout this process we have worked with the contractors and the consultant teams to assure EWS1 compliance. Typically, these projects have numerous complex interfaces and present many risks that require identification, assessment and management.
Following the success of project deliveries on the £18m+ projects, Equals is also now being engaged on the £11 – £18m fund and assisting managing agents prepare for the registration of buildings under the Building Safety Act guidance.
