Cyfarthfa masterplan

The Cyfarthfa Plan is a multi-million pound strategic scheme which aims to regenerate the town of Merthyr Tydfil and celebrate the industrial history of South Wales, with a focus on the role of the town. The plan will reimagine the Cyfarthfa heritage area, this includes the grade I listed Cyfarthfa Castle and the scheduled ancient monuments of Cyfarthfa ironworks.

Working closely with Ian Ritchie Architects and the rest of the design team we provided cost management services on the masterplan.
