Cobham Bowers is a collection of luxury 53 open-plan one and two bedroom apartments in the heart of Cobham with apartments available to buy, rent and rent to buy.
The development consists of two separate apartment buildings. Between the two buildings the new facilities also include a communal pavilion with owners bar and lounge as well as a yoga and exercise studio space, along with a beautifully landscaped garden for the residents.
Equals provided cost management and Employer’s Agent services on the project, working closely with the Pegasus team to ensure the project costs remained within budget. Despite the challenges of delivering the project during COVID-19, coupled with the delivery timescales of building materials being impacted, we avoided project delays and the project was finished on time.
