We are currently working as project and cost managers on the new Caspian Cultural Centre (CCC) in Acton, West London.

The Caspian Cultural Centre (CCC), formerly known as the Library for Iranian studies, is a charity housing the largest collection of titles in Persian language outside Iran. It also serves as an educational centre, promoting understanding of the region’s rich and diverse cultural history, stretching back over 5,000 years.

The project involves the demolition of the existing building and the construction of a new building which is of differing heights, consisting of 9, 8 and 3 storeys. This will create a new library space on three floors, a cafe and 105 new student accommodation units.
