Brixton Windmill is a 200 year old working windmill on Brixton Hill in Lambeth. A new community centre has been created adjacent to the Grade II listed windmill and serves as a flexible, educational space for a wide variety of users including school groups, adult education initiatives, community groups and local residents.

We provided cost management on the new building, designed by Squire and Partners and as well as the main open space it includes a grain store, kitchen, administration, cycle parking and WC’s.
