University College London Hospital Charity (UCLHC) are refurbishing three existing buildings and constructing an 8 storey new build on a site in Fitzrovia, central London, to create a mixed-use development including 52 residential units and 32,000ft2 of commercial office space fitted out to CAT A standard. The development includes refurbishment works to an existing building with a retained Grade II listed façade as well as a substantial new build element and public realm works. The scheme will also provide 3 MRI units and other health facilities.

Our staff have been involved in the project as cost managers since its early feasibility stages.
