We worked on this exciting new residential development in South East London for Anthology. Part of the wider regeneration of the area, Deptford Foundry consists of eight buildings and a 22 storey tower and is on the site of a former metal foundry, with the design of the scheme taking inspiration from the site’s industrial heritage.
The development has a selection of one, two and three-bedroom homes, all including balconies or terraces. The scheme also includes Cat A commercial space and achieved BREEAM excellent. Residents have access to a communal landscaped garden and thanks to its work spaces the development aims to become a home to artists, designers and makers.
We provided quantity surveying services on the project, including overseeing the procurement process, administration of the Construction Management contract, post contract cost management and Employer’s Agent services to the early works.
