Situated in the heart of Marylebone in central London, 4 Grotto Passage is a commercial development housing boutique offices.
Our client, Stride VC wanted to create a simple, elegant, high spec office space for their business. As well as general office space, the scheme includes meeting rooms, kitchen and a bar area.
Using Haley McLane’s designs, and working closely with the design & build contractor Hop, we helped create a fresh, new space fitted out to CAT B standard.
We provided project and cost management on the scheme, ensuring its delivery on time and on budget.
