We are part of the team delivering the redevelopment of 1-5 Lower Marsh, a commercial office scheme in proximity to Waterloo station.
The retrofit and extension involves reworking the existing building into a contemporary workspace that befits the increasing vibrancy of the Lower Marsh Conservation area. Occupant wellbeing and amenities are at the forefront of the proposals, lead by Fathom Architects.
Once completed, the building will achieve a BREEAM Outstanding rating, and will also benefit from class-leading NABERS and WELL certification.
We are providing cost consultancy and Employer’s Agent services on the project and will continue our involvement through to construction and completion.
