It was recently announced that the new Creative Arts Centre at Charterhouse School has gained planning permission from Waverley Borough Council. Equals are the project and cost managers on the project and have played a key role in helping the scheme through the planning process.

As part of a wider masterplan, the historic school has commissioned the extension and refurbishment of the existing Art and Design Technology buildings, designed by Ayre Chamberlain Gaunt, to expand teaching, workshop, and exhibition space. With growing pupil numbers and a move to co-education, the school aims to create a modern, adaptable space to meet the changing needs of the curriculum, students, and staff.
