Great to see our one of our projects, Middlesex Hospital Annex win at the Planning Awards yesterday. Temple Group won the Award for Planning for Affordable Housing. Temple, and the team including Llewelyn Davies and Urban Counsel, on behalf of University College London Hospitals Charity, won the award for their work to develop the Middlesex Hospital Annex in Fitzrovia, central London.

We are providing cost management on the scheme (also known as Bedford Passage), a mixed-use development including 53 residential units (40 affordable and 13 market) and 32,000ft2 of commercial office space.
