The London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine (LSHTM) is a world-leading centre for research, postgraduate studies and continuing education in public and global health. Equals provided cost management services on Phase 1 of a series of planned laboratory refurbishment works within an existing Grade II listed building for LSHTM in Bloomsbury. The project also included significant plant replacement.
