Work has recently completed on a façade remediation at Island House in east London. The project involved the removal and replacement of 2,000m² of Cedar Cladding with a non-combustible Cedral Click product in accordance with the DLUHC Building Safety Fund. The work also included the replacement of balcony decking and terraces, installation of fire breaks and replacement of rainwater goods.

Equals acted as cost managers, project managers and Employer’s Agent on the project (funded through the Building Safety Fund), working for the Managing Agent and the Right to Manage company, from procurement through to completion. We are currently working on 14 other façade remediation projects throughout the UK.
