The Lillie Road hotel development passed a significant milestone this week when planning approval was secured for the scheme. The seven story concept hotel, designed by Allies and Morrison, is being constructed in the heart of the high profile Lillie Square development in West Brompton. Equals have been providing project and cost management services to the developer Banham Security Holding Limited, and played an important role in obtaining local authority approval to commence with this challenging construction project in an area where there is significant simultaneous construction activity and regeneration.
