This hub hotel designed by Allies and Morrison in West London has recently topped out. The hub hotel is a new, contemporary concept to cater for business and leisure users and will have 89 rooms and include a deli style café on the ground floor. The contractor is Gilbert-Ash.

Working for Banham Security Holdings Ltd, we have been providing project, cost management and employer’s agent services on the redevelopment of the site. The new seven storey hotel will replace an existing three storey building and will be operated by Whitbread as a ‘Hub by Premier Inn’ hotel.
