This hub hotel designed by Allies and Morrison in West London has recently completed, two months ahead of schedule. The hub hotel is a new, contemporary space to cater for business and leisure users. It has 89 rooms and includes a deli style café on the ground floor. The contractor was Gilbert-Ash.

Working for Banham Security Holdings Ltd, who were the developers, Equals provided project, cost management and employer’s agent services on the redevelopment of the site. The new seven storey hotel has replaced an existing three storey building and will be operated by Whitbread as a ‘Hub by Premier Inn’ hotel.
