We are pleased to announce our recent appointment to provide project management, cost management and Employer’s Agent services on a major project to redevelop part of the Royal Docks in east London. The Silvertown masterplan is at the heart of the regeneration of this historic area and will see the creation of a new public realm to reconnect the area back into the fabric of London.

This regeneration project will provide c. 7 million ft² of residential and commercial space, including around 6,500 new homes, a new pedestrian and cycle bridge, and the restoration of the iconic Millennium Mills building.

The first phase of the five phase masterplan will deliver c.1,500 homes and we are providing our services on the first three plots, comprising over 600 homes in total. The tenure of the plots is mixed, including private, shared ownership and affordable rental units.
