We are delighted to have been appointed as project and cost managers by developer Matching Green on their Dockley Road scheme in Southwark.

The exciting new scheme is a residential led mixed use development of 111 mixed tenure residential units and commercial space at ground level. Designed by French architect Poggi and S/333 in collaboration with Southwark council, one of Dockley’s expressed purposes is to provide more modern commercial space that dovetails in with the living space above.
