Equals are delighted to have been appointed as cost and project managers and also contract administrator for the redevelopment of 7-11 Cavendish Place.

The redevelopment for O&H Properties, will comprise of the demolition of the existing building and the construction of a new office building circa 16,000 ft². The project will incorporate an additional floor at roof level, a new sub-station and works to the existing basement vaults.

The project comes with a number of unique logistical items to resolve, but we are looking forward to the challenges that lie ahead with this exciting project.
