We are delighted to have been appointed as cost managers on 55-61 Brewery Road, a commercial scheme for developer Atlas Properties. Designed by Squire and Partners, the new development is creating circa 1,100m² of light industrial and Cat A office space in Islington, and is designed to meet the BREEAM ‘Excellent’ standard.
