Enabling works have begun at The British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) HQ in readiness for the transformation of the Piccadilly site.

Designed by Benedetti Architects, the project aims to improve and expand the existing Grade II listed building and consists of a refurbished entrance, new spaces for screenings and events, and the creation of a new fourth floor by raising and revealing the original Victorian roof lights.

We are providing the role of client project director, working on behalf of BAFTA to provide strategic direction to the project team, to control and monitor the project budget, to liaise with internal stakeholders on the developing design, and to report to BAFTA’s senior management team and Board of Trustees.
