It was recently announced that the new development by Matching Green has gained planning permission from Southwark Council. Equals is providing project and cost management on the project and has been instrumental in helping the scheme through the planning process.

The exciting new development is a residential led mixed use scheme of 111 mixed tenure residential units with commercial space at ground level. Designed by French architect Poggi and S/333 in collaboration with Southwark council, one of Dockley’s expressed purposes is to provide more modern commercial space that dovetails in with the living space above.
