Anthology has completed its residential development, Deptford Foundry, located within the Deptford regeneration area of London. It consists of eight buildings and one separate residential tower and includes 316 new homes.

This attractive new development has a selection of one, two and three-bedroom homes, all including balconies or terraces. There is also commercial space, and residents have access to a communal landscaped garden.

We provided cost management services on the project, including overseeing the procurement process, administration of the Construction Management Appointment, post contract cost management and Employers Agent services to the early works packages.
