It’s great to see the recent completion of Dockley Road, a new residential development in Southwark for developer Matching Green. Equals provided project and cost management on the project, working closely with the design team led by Studio\Woodroffe\Papa. The scheme is mixed-use, including 111 mixed tenure apartments with commercial and retail space at ground level.
