Work has started on a development on Cavendish Place in Marylebone, involving the demolition of an existing commercial building and the construction of a new office development of circa 16,000 ft².

The new building, which has been designed by Squire and Partners, will have seven storeys, with six for commercial office use and retail on the ground floor.
