Equals are providing cost management services at Blackheath Halls; part of the Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance.

The project passed a significant milestone when planning approval was secured for the refurbishment project. The proposed works provide improved audience comfort, sight lines and acoustics within the main hall through the installation of a tiered retractable seating system, levelling of the stage and improvements to the lighting and ventilation systems.

Major improvements to the halls facilities are also proposed, including the refurbishment of the foyer, bar and WCs. This work follows on from the repair of the existing main roof earlier this year.
