Anthology has achieved a major milestone in its project, Deptford Foundry, located within the Deptford regeneration area of London. The new development consists of eight buildings and one separate residential tower and will provide 316 new homes. The first of the nine buildings achieved Practical Completion this month, making the apartments ready for occupation in December 2018.

This exciting new development has a selection of one, two and three-bedroom homes, all including balconies or terraces. There is also commercial space, and residents will have access to a communal landscape garden. The development will be a home to artists, designers and makers thanks to its work spaces.

Equals are providing Quantity Surveying services on the project, including overseeing the Trade Package procurement process, administration of the Construction Management Appointment, post contract cost management and Employers Agent services to the early works packages.

The overall completion of the project will take place in October 2019.
